Jobs Description

Collect logs and post-process on XCAP, and provide test results. Analyze accessibility KPI (Initial ERAB Establishment Success Rate, RRC Estb, S1 establishment, CUL, CUL Ratio. Conduct performance analysis and optimization. Verify network performance from KPI reports and drive logs. Provide causes for failures to optimize the network. Process log files, perform problem area, and Layer 3 analysis using Actix and tems Discovery. Optimize parameters by analyzing daily and weekly basis KPIs like traffic, retainability, accessibility, and mobility and resolved problems promptly. Perform default Parameter audit and PCI audit to avoid PCI collision.

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in the Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.

Work Location

Charlotte, NC and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
